Great features - HORRIBLE ice maker!
This refrigerator looks great! It does have a lot of good features - spacious. The biggest draw-back is the external ice maker. IT SUCKS! The ice maker unit is too small and doesn't produce much ice - when it does - takes much longer to get it in a glass....sometimes no ice for the entire day. I am now looking into buying a good countertop ice maker. Lowe's delivered this refrigerator with the incorrect handles and didn't ensure it was working before leaving. I now have a refrigerator installed with no handles and a does nothing but light up. Poor performance
We have owned our Cafe fridge for almost 4 years. It worked perfectly for 3 years. Now it intermittently turns completely off. Compressor was showing failure. Replaced. System still doesn’t work. Our home is a new modern build and warranty tech is blaming it on home vs fixing / replacing . This was an expensive purchase. Everything else in our him works and electrical meets compliance / code.
