This should have been a smart purchase... this unit was a promo bundle of buy the blower and get a free 4.0 battery. When offering any promo, you should require your sales dept to have an adequate supply of the promo bundle components. The product arrived in a box that had received water or liquid damage. the associate said we could reorder product or try this one. we opted for trying since we had waited a week for product to come. The enclosed chargeable battery won’t charge. We have other craftsman rechargeable items, so tried one of those batteries, it charged on the charger and the blower works. I called the Lowe’s store, they told me to bring everything back and they will decide how to proceed. The store is a 30 mile trip...

Lowes online sucks

Total waste

Bought a bundle last year and got this battery and I used it twice and I went to use it yesterday for a project in the bathroom and its dead. It says its fully charged but its not working pure junk

We bought a bigger blower for the house and so when we needed one for our travel trailer, it was a no brainer to grab another V20 Craftsman. We chose the smaller one because of a sale and it would fit out needs.

Extra 20 volt batteries

These batteries help out alot when you have a lot more than one battery won't do

Must have for any Craftsman tool

Absolutely worth getting these batteries if you have any Craftsman tool and ESPECIALLY if you use them for extended periods of time. We use them with the blower, pole saw and edger so far. We won’t hesitate to add another “tool only” purchase now that we have these powerful, long lasting extra batteries.
