Every time used has been fun (yes yard work can be fun with the right tools). It is a reliable tool to have around, definitely recommend to anyone shopping around for one. Don’t buy it

We bought this for our small yard and it was great for about 3 months, then it just wouldn’t start. I tried all the things to get it starting but it wouldn’t. Craftsman sent a replacement. That worked for maybe 20 minutes before it just wouldn’t start. I sent that back and they sent another replacement. It got used once last fall and has been stored since. Great mower once you understand the battery life

Worst mower I have ever had.

It probably is OK if you live in the desert or don't have a yard with any grass. That is the only way I think this will work. If you grass grows, or there is morning dew it is not the mower for you. Don't Trust the Name

Don't buy this mower based off the Craftsman name. I wasn't sure which mower to buy so I basically went with the Craftsman because of their reputation, I also own the weed eater and leaf blower which I love. The mower filled the desire I had to be cordless and gas free but after a few times using it I noticed two things I didn't like. 1. Mower with ease of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this lawnmower for easy push and mow. The mower makes cutting our lawn more enjoyable, and my wife likes how easy it is to use. She really likes the grass catcher and how light it is to remove and replace. The mower has more power than my last battery mower. Batteries are easy to place,and the chargers are great. The price was far less than my previous mower. I would highly recommend craftsman to all my friends.

Faulty start button breaks easily

I've owned this mower for less than a year and its terrible. The first one died within 6 months, something went wrong with the start button on the side. It was a hassle trying to use the warranty but Craftsman finally replaced it. That was a few months ago, now the replacement has broken too, in the same exact way! Now I have to either try to either argue again with Craftsman for a replacement or just buy a new one out of pocket, knowing if they replace it, it will probably just break again. Nev...

Frustrating

Do not buy a Craftsman lawn mower. After 4 or 5 years you will need to replace your battery, but the battery and the mower will be discontinued and you will have to throw your like new mower away and buy a new one. I now have to buy another mower and it will not be a Craftsman. I don’t know how a company that’s been around for 100 years can neglect their customers by not having parts for a tool that is only 5 years old. Again, DONOT BUY A CRAFTSMAN MOWER. You will be sorry, I know I am!!!

Spend your mower money on a different brand.

This mower is the 4th one I have owned. I bought my first one, liked it, and bought a self-propelled one. It broke soon after I got it, and Craftsman sent me another one, which quickly followed in the first one's footsteps.
