I have loved every craftsman product I have gotten as well as I love how easy it is to exchange them if something breaks or stops working. I had bought this as I'm going into the automotive field and had no problems with it until one time I was taking off lugnuts and it completely locked up on me. It sounded like a gun going off but Lowes helped me with replacing it with no problems and I haven't had any problems with it since. Impact gun.
Great price and great tool. Now I don’t have to use the lug wrench any more and get hurt. The impact tool does the job in half the time with no injury’s.
Didn't expect much from it for $99. But I was able to pull all four tires with six lug nuts each off. These were rusted on and this impact broke them loose with no issues. I was even able to put them back on all on just a single 2 amp hour battery. Very impressed with it!

Had to buy this online as the Brenham, Texas store would not honor the $50 Craftsman Coupon, given to me at the Bryan, Texas store (they were out of stock, Brenham had them in stock). In my honesty...
Bought this some years ago. And it was good. But, over time of using I felt the power going down over usage. Even when under stress it doesn't perform well (which is understandable). But, it would have to completely recover (cool off) to be able to use again. Would I purchase again? NOPE.

Plenty of Torque
Bought this today to work on the brakes of a 2015 GMC Acadia. Had no problems with removing the lug nuts. Also used it to remove the 13/16” bolt that held the calipers onto the vehicle. Full strength battery and still plenty of charge after everything installed.
Great torque
Could not be happier with the torque. I needed a tool for breaking lug nuts and other heavier bolts. This tool handled the job like a champ. I’m so happy I finally got a 1/2 drive power driver. Worth every cent. All lugs off and back on without power loss.
