Does what it's supposed to do works great

I purchased 2 of them but one didnt not work out of the box. One of them, the head that cuts fell right off and was disconnected.I ended up returning 1 to the store. As far as the other one, i've been using it.And it's been working great with a four amp battery. It reaches really high areas and does come in handy when you need it great buy

Keep the blades clean and keep from rusting.

Is fairly light and easy to use. It also has the power to cut limbs down continuously without having to stop and change the battery. A nice tool to have if you do a lot of pruning.

Worth buying

This is a lifesaver cutting small limbs. With this, we didnt have to climb a ladder to get limbs hanging over things. It male d ot so much easier.

Don’t fall of your ladder

Being able to trim my trees without getting on a ladder. I’m 71 years old and the last thing I need is to fall off a ladder

I took the tool out of the box put it together put a fully charged battery on the tool but it would not work.
