Great mower! But…
I purchased the Craftsman T2400K mower roughly a month ago. I was never given the actual keys for the mower due to their inability to locate them or the owners manual. Instead they sent me home with a skeleton key that will start all the new riding mower brands that Lowe’s sells.

Have no idea since they didn’t leave a key
You pay 2700$ for a tractor and they don’t leave a key when they drop it off. To make matters worse “support” only offers two options. Wait 7 days for a total replacement (tractor and all) , which would mean I’d have to have some one home to accept the tractor (which they changed the date once on me the first time when I already made plans to be home). Great mower
This is my third summer using this mower. I have mowed a lot over my 62 years and this is hands down the best riding mower I have owned. Zero problems, including tires and battery. A mower is a mower but this steering makes all the difference. Why spend twice the money on a zero turn just to mow your own yard? And it looks nice too. Would surely recommend.
Good ride
I'm working through the new way this machine operates compared to my previous Craftsman. I believe once I get used to the completely new forward and reverse pedals I'll feel even better. More comfortable seat and ride, wider than my old 42". If this one is as reliable as my previous 18 year old Craftsman I will be a very happy camper.

Lowe's doesn't make sure mowers are in good shape

Completely falling apart w/ only 36 hours on it
I bought this lawn mower two ago (2024) and I teal y liked it at first. The tight turn is really great, much better than the zero turn mowers in my opinion. Halfway through the first mowing season, it started having problems with the mowing deck not staying level when adjusted. Sometimes the front would hang up and and it also through the mower belt a lot.
