I cannot recommend thus thing. Delivery guys dropped it from the loading ramp. I have mowed with it 6 or 7 times. Mower deck bracket broke. Mower blade spindle came apart. Mower blade engagement cable broke. Warranty didn't/isn't helping. How far, how much before lemon laws kickbin.

Lawnmower did not work upon arrival

I purchased this Lawnmower thru Affirm. It was delivered on 6/29. Upon the arrival, the guys took it off the truck and put it in my yard. They told me that I would need to put gas and oil in it. They did not try to crank up the lawnmower prior to leaving. I tried cranking up the mower, it would not crank. I called the person said to come get a battery. It took over an hour for someone to bring me the battery. After it wouldn't work with the new battery, I requested a replacement. On t...

Battery

I have no complaints on how this mower operates other that i do not like that you cannot mow in reverse. But i can understand that as a safety issue. My issue is that my mower was delivered with a completely dead battery. My charger didn't even recognize that it was connected to a battery.

Poor mower/poor Lowe’s customer service

I do not ever write reviews, however, a word of warning is in order. Come on Lowes!!!

Lowes delivered a used lawn tractor to me. It has mud and grass visible on the tires. It has grass on top of and below the deck. How in the world can someone think a mower that is obviously been used will pass for brand new. Someone just didn't care and was hoping the customer wouldn't say anything. Not here. The price was for a new piece of equipment not used. Absolutely absurd Lowes!!!!

Unusable when delivered

Battery dead, won't charge. Seat broken when delivered. Is this normal for a new mower? Poor outgoing quality control. Customer service no help so far, still waiting for call back 6 hours later?

T110, tall people beware!

I had a T210 for 6 yrs till the cylinder froze due to a carburetor mulfunction. So i needed another lawn tractor fast. I should have gone to the store in person to purchase a new one. Instead i stupidly ordered online. Even dumber yet i ordered a T110! When i first sat on it, it felt like i was crowded into a commercial airline seat! Belt issues

Worst mower I have ever purchased. Experienced belt coming off on the very first use! Tried all the tricks suggested and even replaced the belt but still comes off. Spent almost 3K for this mower and my old 600 mower was heads & tails better. Only had it since April and this mower, frankly, is the worst. My last ditch effort is to find someone who services mowers and see if they ca n figure it out and fix it. But this will be the last Craftsman mower I every buy.

Typical

Brand new riding mower delivered today. 1st the hood dose not shut right. It is not centered, so its not secure. 2nd i would think that my first time mowing with this mower, the steering wheel should not pop off. I would think that would be on a quality control checklist. Now i could mess with both, but not going to happen, brand new riding mower, you took the green. You guys are going to fix both at my location.

Horrible service

Be aware we purchased the riding mower because we had a craftsman mower before. Great product but terrible service. The day of our delivery we got a text that said that it was being delivered. At the time we had our garage up waiting for them to knock and let us know that they were here to delivered. What they did was drop and left. Not only that they left a lot of marks on our brand new concrete We are not happy at all.
