Bought new from Lowe's 10 days ago. When first operating at home steering was extremely stiff, PTO lever was very stiff to engage blade, and ROS would not allow mowing in reverse. No red light in iginition box panel. Took back cover off that allows access to rear transmission pulleys and belts. Very upset NOT NEW Rider

Today was suppose to get a brand new TS110 Craftsman 42in rider. I am so glad I read reviews to check for a used rider and what do you know I got one rusted at blade spindle, rust spots all over inside motor parts and dead leaves grass in the motor and scratches on feet deck. Shouldn't have any of these issues for brand new. Sent it back immediately with driver got money back will try somewhere else. Very upset not new for over $2000.

Don't use Lowes or Craftman

I purchased a riding mower from Lowe’s less than two months ago, and it has already broken down. Instead of helping, I’ve been getting the runaround about where it needs to be repaired. Now I’m being told I have to pay for pickup and delivery, even though the mower is practically brand new. This is completely unfair. Lowe’s should stand behind the products they sell, take this mower back, and replace it. I expected better customer service and accountability.

Leaking Gas

Just purchased 2 weeks ago. After the second time I used it, I went into the garage the next day because I was smelling gasoline in the house and there's a puddle of gas under the tractor. I examined where the gas was coming from and found a line from the carb to the engine with no clamp on it! Added a clamp figuring that was it and it wasn't, still leaking gas. TWO WEEKS! To say I'm upset is an understatement. I'm sure I can fix it, but based on this Craftsman I can't recommend this product

Soggy documents

The product is a good one and works fine. The paper work delivered with it had been soaked by, probably, rain water and was still nearly dripping wet. The pages stuck together after they had dried and were of no use at all. I contacted Lowes and received no response. So much for customer service.

Bad

We have had this mower for about a month and the battery is already bad! Now we are expected to take the entire riding mower to temperance for a new battery which will take 4 weeks to get back!! Are you kidding me!!!! For what I paid for it, I don’t think so, Lowe’s can come collect their bad product and I’ll go elsewhere. Glad I didn’t buy my washer from there yet!

Can't complain

It was the lowest price for a riding tractor so it only has one gear forward or reverse and if you don't ride the brake a bit well she's off to the races. Does the job, just haven't figured how to lube the deck pulleys if that's even possible?

delivered with flat tire that wont hold air

I purchased the mower in June after evaluating several mowers from Lowes. It was delivered and the driver said the right front tire is flat. Didn't think a lot about it and a few days later when I was getting ready to use it I had to take the tire off to get it to reseat. Now, every time I get ready to mow I have to air up the tire because it is flat again, remind you it was delivered that way. Receive riding lawn mower that had rust and dirt. very unhappy with this. Had to wait four days for replacement. which was an inconvenience.

Unsafe because of Lowes

Lowe’s put together and delivered this mower to me. I had to get one from the warehouse because none would start at the store or had been sitting outside in pouring rain. I was out of town when delivered. When I got home and mowed the first time the rubber on the brake pedal/clutch stun around the cylinder it’s on and I almost got thrown off the mower.
