The product arrived in a box that had received water or liquid damage. the associate said we could reorder product or try this one. we opted for trying since we had waited a week for product to come. The enclosed chargeable battery won’t charge. We have other craftsman rechargeable items, so tried one of those batteries, it charged on the charger and the blower works. I called the Lowe’s store, they told me to bring everything back and they will decide how to proceed. The store is a 30 mile trip...

2 years of use, but now it won't go into high powe
I like the product. While the battery life on the smaller battery is not ideal, I bought larger batteries and they last much longer. Have been using it for two years. But recently, it stopped going into high power. I have changed batteries and ensure they are fully charged but it simply will not function at the higher setting. Any ideas on what the problem may be and how to fix it?

It is Really Handy
I used it to blow all the leaves off my lawn. The battery lasts just as long as I do. I don't want to face another fall without it. My mother uses it for snow up north.

People Need To Research Better
There are quite a few unwarranted negative comments from customers that 1) Have zero knowledge on cordless tools and 2) Have done zero research to fix it. This is your most basic cost cutting entry into the V20 platform. It comes with the smallest battery, and no fast charger. Honestly, if you are not already on this cordless platform, or are not going to invest in multiple batteries and chargers. You might as well stick with gas power or electrical corded tools.
