Im sorry to see that Craftsman has taken the cheap way out. Ive had and still have a craftsman pressure washer that still runs great. The issue I see is that this new one uses aluminum fittings. My old one has brass.

Lowes and Pressure Washer both failed.

I bought this on a Sunday and after just 1 use of it I couldn't get it to start back up. I had to wait about 2.5-3 hours before it would start again, needless to say the day that I had planned on doing some pressure washing was waisted. I went to take it back to Lowes on Tuesday and that's when they informed me of their 48 hour return policy on pressure washer. No one said a word about the 48 hour return policy when I purchased it! Works amazing and starts up every time. I used to do my moms driveway and the pavers with it I would recommend this product

Won’t start, Junk.

Used for 3 jobs, isn’t a month old, and won’t start. Won’t waste my money once more. Why is this sold to the public?

crappy craftsman

took me a few days to use it, first and only time the pre-attached engine feel off the frame, tried to reattach but they were already stripped out, I called to return it, said no, a 48hr rule. I will take my business somewhere else, and not by a craftsman product if not guaranteed by the store.

Junk

Impressive psi but after using for a small job it refuses to start without a lot of effort. Craftsman products are definitely not what they used to be. I will be returning this soon.

Quality Concerns

Bought this, brought it home, filled the oil to the proper level and used the device for an hour. Upon shutdown, I noticed some oil reside on the engine support plate, so I cleaned it all off thinking that maybe I spilled a drop when filling the engine with oil. After cleaning the oil, I put the unit away for one week. When I went to use the unit again one week later, I inspected for any fresh evidence of leaking oil, and everything was nice and clean. Waste of my hard earn money

Waste of money and time won't start when I need it to start. Tried to return it, and I was told my 48 hours return window had expired., I was told to contact CRAFTMAN by one of Lowes employee. So now I'm stuck with this item.

Will not start right out of the box

Purchased machine and assembled simple and very few parts. Filled with oil and fresh tru-fuel, hooked up the hose and it will not even sputter. Pulled the spark plug and engine was flooded with fuel. Pulled it over a few tile and let sit with no plug for an hour. Wiped down the engine, verified it has a good spark but it will not even cough when trying to start. Customer service is closed. Used once

Used once and the second time it will not stay running! Talked to lowes about it was basically told sorry, look I get policy on returns but 48 hours on a pressure washer is insane especially when it was used once. DO NOT BUY!
