Engine Runs but Pressure Is Inconsistent

The pressure washer starts and runs, but the water pressure is inconsistent. At times it works as expected, then it suddenly loses pressure and water flow even though the engine is still running. It seems to struggle to maintain consistent output, almost as if it’s misfiring or not delivering full power. I checked the water supply and used it according to the instructions, but the issue continued. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Do not shop at Lowes

This unit stopped working just after the 48-hour exchange window expired. The engine seized even though I carefully monitored the oil level, so lack of oil was not the issue. I brought it back to Lowe’s expecting they would stand behind the product, but I was told there was nothing they could do because it was beyond the 48-hour return period. Disappointed—Won't restart after 20 minutes of use

I bought this CRAFTSMAN 3100-PSI Pressure Washer because it felt like a very fair price for the power it promised. I genuinely wanted to write a positive review, but it’s incredibly difficult to do that when the machine didn't even give me 30 minutes of total run time. I started it up, ran it for a quick 20 to 30 minutes, and then shut it off for a brief moment just to move it to a different location in my yard. Now, it completely refuses to restart. Problematic

Just purchased this and it’s hard to start out of the box and even after using for an hour and warmed up it was hard to restart. In addition, the box says made in the USA but the engine is made overseas. Definitely not as good as my previous Craftsman with the Briggs and Stratton motor. I do not recommend this machine!

Not Reliable

Hose ruptured after the 20 minutes into the first use. After replacement hose was obtained the engine cutoff 30 minutes into the second use. When attempting to restart the pull-cord snapped off into housing. Contacted Lowe's who said it was after the 48 hours and I'd have to contact Craftsman. Craftsman informed me I'd have to take to a repair center only open 9-5 M-F and the three centers they referred me to were an hour plus away. Issues with Starting

Purchased 2 summers ago, worked fine 1st summer but went to use this summer and wouldn't start. Took to repair shop and they were unable to get it back working. Will be replacing.

Do not Buy

Would not build pressure right out of the box. Followed all trouble shooting guide suggestions in the manual and still nothing. Called customer service and only suggestion was to take it to a authorized service repair shop that happens to be 1.5 hrs away. Lowes will not take back as they have a 48hr un-opened box return policy. Buy from Costco no question asked return policy and obviously I will not be buying Craftsman products again!

Terrible and cheap

I would not recommend buying this. It feels cheap. It looks cheap, After the first use the soap tank, I noticed has a crack in. It leaked all over my shed floor. I’m sorry I bought it. I’ll be buying a Westinghouse.

DO NOT BUY

My dad bought it, set it up and hooked it up 2 days later ran for 40 minutes then shut off and wouldnt turn back on. My store was kind to offer refunds after 48 hours. lady at craftsman said to also usue all 16 ounces of oil it came with but it already had about 7 in it from apprently testsign before transported to stores so too much oil as well. stay away from this junk, getting a second one for free hoping to not have the same problem. if so im takign mysefl to homedeopot and getting a Dewalt ...

Quality mower

After reviewing many mowers. I always came back to this one. Glad I did. Used it for the first time today. Easy to assemble and started on first pull. After several adjustments to set at the height I wanted . Mowing was easy. Used the mulch version and was surprised at what little clippings there were being my grass was taller than normal. No issues whatsoever. And being on sale helped me decide on the 21565
