I bought this pressure washer on sale on 7/17. I had to find a store employee to assist me because it was locked in a cage. When she put the box in my cart I pointed out that the box appeared damaged. I brought it home & attempted to use it on 7/19 & the soap dispenser doesn't work. I boxed it back up to return to the store when I wasn't working or taking care of my sick father. Lowe's customer service told me it was being the 48 hour return window & refused to refund my money. Poor Lowes sales information

This unit sat in storage building for one week. Got around to use it; Worked 30 minutes, tripped breaker. Pressure seemed weak. 20 minutes after tripping breaker, unit would not engage with gfi reset. Returned to Lowes to be informed it was passed 48 hour return window. Do not see any indication on receipt that there is a 48 hour return window.

Powerful and Easy

Not a good machine

This electric power washer is a piece of junk!!! It stops working while you operate it and burns up, you have to wait till it cools down to keep washing. Also it trips the circuit breaker after a few minutes of use!!! I’m returning it and going back to Gas…..
