Great Cart

I am still setting up this box, and I am impressed with what I can put in there. It is well built and the wheels roll with ease. It can be locked, which is nice, because I have some very expensive tools. I like the work top; it allows me to do assemblies and prep parts prior to install. It is strong and hold heavy items without issue.

I purchased this tool box to replace a smaller one I had. Craftsman makes a good tool box ,I have had them in the past. The price was good and I am very well pleased with the capacity and the soft close drawers . Did not have quite enough tools to fill it ,but that will not be a problem.

Floor Model

I bought this tool box set from Lowe's in Spring Hill and had it delivered. I didn't realize that what I was getting was the floor model that I looked at in the store. it arrived completely covered in dust. All the pricing stickers still on it and the bottom chest is full of scratches and a few dents.

Assembly Team needs to do better

The toolbox itself it great. Everything you would expect from Craftsman. I opted for the free assembly when I ordered for pickup at 730 in the morning at 3 in the afternoon it still wasn't done. Pretty annoying.

No packaging with delivery, padding on top damaged

Clearly not new, an 'open box'. That's not bad on its own, but it shouldn't be advertised as new. A few scratches, but the padding on the top is badly worn and should have been replaced. Covered in dust. Would not do this again

Nice

I purchased this for my father because I was tired of all his socket wrenches scattered everywhere and his tools in random places. He told me this was his dream cabinet, which made me happy and he loves it. It was dented when I received it, but they did give me a discount so I was happy about that and the dent was on the back so you wouldn’t see it.

Lowes stacking causes damage

Purchased the bottom half of the combo. They are stored vertically on the end, this apparently creates strain on the item. When I unpacked the item, the corner was dented and malformed, and the side has dents/impressions.

Disgusted

Drove 35 minutes to first store and they couldn’t find the one supposedly in stock. Asked for a manager to look and she said it probably had not arrived yet Asked her to check another nearby store but the person there said they were too busy to check. She offered to sell me the floor model but it was badly damaged I drove there and another 30 minutes waiting to find it and get it down. Wanted to open the box and make sure it was ok but had to get home. Sure enough opened it and dented in two p...

Excellent space and value for the price! Lukas the of the pick-up team called me to ensure I selected the right parts and saved me a bunch of money! South Tampa Lowe's is a great place!

do not buy from Lowes

Lowes does not do what they say they will. Changing delivery dates multiple times when they were paid $79 for a scheduled delivery. Call them and all they can say is they do not have anyone to put it together. Go to Harbor Freight instead.
