Great shop storage!

We bought 3 of these units a couple years ago so when they announced a temporary price reduction this month we bought 4 more. They are sturdy and the dust of farm country doesn't get in!

Horrible product and service

Not one to leave reviews. I waited 30 minutes for someone to bring the cabinet out, and it looked like they had stabbed it several times with a forklift. I didn't see any exposed packaging so thought it might be ok. Got it home, unpacked it and two of the panels were bent from where the fork hit them. so I had to package it all back up and take it back to the store. I asked the worker if I could get a cart and help to unload it, only thing I got was “big carts are in lumber” then walked off....

Missing parts

I ordered casters (wheels) for the bottom of cabinet. I did not receive them as the original ones were taken back with original cabinet. Further the inside of cabinet has foot prints on the inside back wall which would account for the dents in cabinet. The delivery driver ran away as soon as I tried to address my concerns saying call the store. No speak English.

luck of the draw for damage

I bought 3 of the 48"x18" red/black cabinets. Two were pristine and no damage at all. One had ben dropped on a corner and there was damage, bent, crushed in corners several pieces on the same side of each of them. Luckily all the damage was on the back side of the cabinet on 4 pieces, the two backs and both sides. The bottom 4 pieces could have been protected with a bit more reinforcement of the corners of the box and more careful handling. All in all the 3 of them look great and the ...

Easy Process for DIYers

Picked up at store - very smooth process, staff helped load box. Overall very well protected in box - only had one small scratch/dent that would not be noticeable after assembled. Assembly fairly straight forward with minimal tools. Opted for adding 2 inch wheels instead of the leveling feet to move around easier. Only potential issue I think they packed 2 of the same vertical side walls instead of a left and right which would allow you to attach the safety anchor brace on either top side. Still...

Problems with assembly and delivery

This was a problematic purchase. I selected the option to have it assembled. I did not expect this but it was pres assembled, and had footprints on it from being walked on in the assembly process. Being assembled, it was too big to fit in the door, and I just got a shrug the delivery guys about what to do. I had to take it apart and put it back together myself, which took twice as long as having just it in normally, and resulted in several parts bending under their own weight. Overall a bad exp...

Not great quality

I was looking for something relatively affordable, made in the USA, with casters. There are slim to no options, so I went with these and used another review as a guide to mount casters to it. I used a 3/4 inch plywood sheet instead of 1/2 inch, and I think 1/2 inch would be better if you aren't loading it up with a ton of weight. Disappointed in the Details, Not the Brand

I’ve always liked the Craftsman line for its durability and design, but this 48" Storage Cabinet unfortunately didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect. Right out of the box, I was missing nuts and bolts — not a huge deal since I had replacements on hand, but still frustrating for a new product. Customer service

The product is good. The delivery was a nightmare.not the delivery people but lowes scheduling delivery. It was changed 3 times . Next it was scheduled 12-4 received a phone call on 12-3 advising it would be delivered between 11.00 and 3:00pm on 12-4. I waited from 11:00 until 7:00. No delivery.called lowes at 4:00pm and was advised my item was on the truck and was out for delivery today. I was warned

I should have heeded the previous reviews about Lowe's rough treatment of their heavy boxes. Something heavy had been dropped on the box, penetrating the cardboard and denting a side panel and a door beneath. The delivery people dropped the obviously damaged box in my driveway ( a few feet from the sidewalk with one end in the flowerbed) and hurried away without notifying me prior to or after this unprofessional delivery.
