I purchased 3 of these. The first one was so damaged I had to return it to the store. Gratefully the customer service person checked to see if more were in stock. As we unpacked and put together each one there were dents. Some could be pounded out with a mallet so we could continue to put them together. The others are cosmetic and could not be fixed. Damaged Cabinet

Cabinet arrived at Lowe’s damaged, I did received notice that it was damaged and since I had waited 3 weeks for delivery and was sent a picture of the damage I told the representative if he discounted the item to go ahead and deliver it. The discount was 69.22. My only issue with this was I fell that if I said no and the item was left at store and sold as damage it would not have been reduced 69.22 it would been reduced a lot more. TERRIBLE DELIVERY

Delivery was terrible, one man yelled in his phone from the time he got out of the truck until he got back in it, so loud the other man and I could not hear each other. So the cabinet was left in wrong place. Also came down the street so fast they broke a huge limb off of our tree. Also going to fast for size of truck and our street coming and going

Packaging intact but cabinet damaged

Very disappointed in craftsman quality control and Lowe's customer service. Purchased matching set from the local Lowes store and assembled at home. On one cabinet the cardboard packaging was intact but once opened found 2 of the panels were dented ~ 6" and the craftsman logo scuffed up. The unit is sturdy and overall it fits our needs. There were a few light scratches on one door, not a big deal. I was disappointed in the assembly as there was missing hardware that they didn’t attempt to replace. We now have a brand new Craftsman Cabinet with empty screw holes. Would have been nice if the assemblers walked over to the hardware department and found proper replacement.

Damaged in box

This is the second time I’ve purchased a boxed item from Lowe’s and found it damaged once I got it home. Lowe’s can’t control the quality of their inventory from poor material handling and warehouse damage. It’s frustrating.

Its not worth the aggravation

I did not like purchasing an item that had bent and smashed metal parts then being told to contact the manufacturer . When I did the help line was closed because it was a holiday weekend so I took pictures and sent a Email. I bought 2 of these at 2 separate occasions. Both were delivered damaged. Bad quality material.

Craftsman cabinet

I have bought two of these. Hard to keep in stock I see. Not to difficult to assemble. Instructions are pretty straight forward. Once assembled and in place which looks quite nice by the way. We put some 50 pound bags of corn and a bunch of peanuts and bird seed and only took up bottom two shelves. The magnets hold the doors shut and are easy to open and can be lock. This order was a disaster. I went to Lowes to pick this unit up because I had company coming into town, and when I got there they said there was an error and that even though the app said there was 1 in store, there was in fact 0.
