On. November 17, 2025, purchased this product. It works very well. I would recommend it. It replaced my older leaf blower a gasoline (had to mix oil) blower. However, the battery (according to the manual) has enough power to run the blower for 30 minutes. I charged the battery to full before using. I did not time the running time; but it was not 30 minutes. Then (again according to the manual) the battery will be charged in 60 minutes. The recharging took many more minutes over 60 minutes. ...

Good light weight blower

This blower does the trick for keeping our small patio clean of leaves and debris. Powerful enough for smaller leaves. Not too sure how it would work on a larger volume of say oak leaves. Very light weight that allows my petite wife to utilize it. Wish the battery was a little bigger or lasted longer. Overall satisfied with this purchase.

Dead Batteries Out of Box

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Purchased this blower, got home and put the battery on the charger. The light began blinking green for a few seconds, then stopped. Grabbed one of my other batteries and put it on the charger, thinking the charger was bad and it began charging no problem. Put the new battery on my old charger and got nothing. Call to speak to a human, or go into store.

The blower itself is fine. The battery would not take a charge. I tried it on an old charger I had that worked for older batteries I have. It would not charge. I was able to charge the older batteries on the charger that came with the blower. I tried a chat with customer service, yet gave up as they are AI and do not understand the English language after revising four times. Or they are real people who do not understand the English language after revising four times! I live 72 miles to the close...

A little winded!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't get me wrong, I like this leaf blower, it's light, easy to use, etc... but, I think it needs a little more power. It get leaves to the edge of sidewalks, and driveways, but it won't blow them any further!

Make sure all parts in box before leaving store.

Purchased 1st one in Madison and no instruction manual and battery/charger didn't work. Purchased 2nd one in Ridgeland store. Same problem with battery/charger. Had instruction manual. Was going to try a 3rd one at time of return of #2 opened box and no power supply for the charger. Wanted to purchase for 80 year old mom. Disposable kind blower

It will only for 6 months, went to lowes twice for replacement and the customer lady together with manager had a bad attitude because I was asking for a replacement or if a have to contact craftsman customer service. Don't buy this brand , craftsman will only replace the item one time, so if new replacement breaks again at anytime nothing else they can do about it.

Woefully Underpowered

I purchased the model 700 version of this Craftsman battery powered grass/leaf blower. It is, in my opinion, a total waste of money for my homeowner use. Perhaps adequate for a townhouse with a tiny yard and a small driveway. The fully charged two amp included battery ran out of power after only eight minutes of use.
