Broken in shipping
I ordered 6 of these shades to be delivered at my home. When they arrived, 3 were broken, not just chipped or cracked, broken. So, I had to drive across town to replace them, which I'd been trying to avoid in the first place. The clerk seemed competent and fixed my problem but never apologized for the situation.

I had purchased this one and a cage shade to determine which would be a better replacement for my table lamp. My dog pulled the lamp off my nightstand shattering the glass orb and I couldn't find a replacement, so I ended up having to replace the shades on both lamps. It gives off a really pretty crystal like appearance on the wall. I think I'm going with the other option I bought, but this was still a pretty shade and would like nice with the right fixture.
