Works as well as my old model same brand and size. I bought my old one back in 1996. Only used it once or twice a year. One of the internal plastic Guide/Bumpers disintegrated. I hope this new on lasts 29 years too.

2.5 years still running and nailgunning
Nicely balanced, easy to aim, good depth control adjustment for length of brad and type of material. I’ve nailed plywood, solid white oak, white wood, and cedar. Great tool for all these. Never jammed, never failed. Use it right, with a little luck it’ll serve you very well. I used this brad gun for all the white wood standing and running trim in our new home. I used it for edge banding on pantry and closet shelving. It worked great on built in bookcases in the living room and guest room, and...

Solid and Reliable
I have several Bostich nailers and this one is just as reliable and sold as the others. It has a wide range of brad sizes, the depth gauge is easy to set and the head is small enough that I didn't have any trouble using it to install quarter round over new laminate flooring. The sequential trigger is slightly different. The "sensor" isn't on a spring that has to be compressed prior to pulling the trigger and firing like on other nailers. With this Bostich, you hold the firing tip on the piece to...

First week 5 stars, 4 weeks late 1 star
After going through several brands of nail guns, I thought I had found a winner with this one. The first week I used this gun I was amazed. Light and shoots great. I also like the toolbelt hangar and integrated pencil sharpener. Now the bad news. After using it for 4 weeks, I heard a loud rush of air coming from the bottom of the gun. Apparently the gasket on the bottom blew. Good luck trying to find this part at a local Lowes. Since this gun only lasted 3 jobs and less than two months, have to ...

Oh for my old 2N1
My original Bostitch 2N1 18 ga brad nailer walked off with someone, which forced me to buy another 18 ga. nailer. Went w/Bostitch due to satisfaction with 2N1. This nailer is a PAIN! Practiced on an out-of-sight face nailed board to get a feel for the nose angle. Thought I got it. Used again on some trim, all OK.Then, trying to put up qtr round--nothing. No brads (Bostitch BT1332B) delivered into the work. No evidence of jam--just no brads into the work.
