This was absolutely the right tool for the job! A Hammer drill and this bit made drilling the 15 holes to attach the deck Ledger board to the house an absolute breeze. My son said "WOW!" when he did the first hole. He then said "That was way easier than I thought it was going to be!"

Drills Holes In flower pots
I got this masonry drill bit for drilling drainage holes in some ceramic flower pots with solid bottoms. It got through a thinner pot in about a minute. It took close to 30 minutes to drill a thicker pot but it did work.
