These work exactly like they should, they will hog through material but I would limit the use through hydraulic cement.

Excellent powerful time saver
Needed a 1/2" hole through 18" of brick, then cinder block, and then old hard wooden joists to run an Ethernet cable from my garage to my home basement. First 10" with my old Bosch drill and bit took many hours. Remaining 8" with this new bit and SDS drill took minutes. Wish I had purchased the new drill and new bit before tackling the job as I eould have saved at least 5 hours, much noise, and frustration. Great new bit has a wear indicator and really devours concrete and brick.

Did the tough job right!!
The older home I have needed to run electrical wiring to the basement so opened up the wall drill through studs then the top of foundation this drill bit worked like a charm. A slow process but it worked! Thanks to the reviews that helped make tge right choice for this tough job!!
