Once you see any signs of this plant struggling, go return it because they will not honor it after a certain point this plant will not be honored even though you were trying to bring it back to life. Also, I got shipped to my house. Don’t do that either the shipping is terrible. The plants are destroyed before they get to your house. Dried up

I ordered 4 of these and 2 arrived half dead and 2 really close to that, 1 week later… the half dead ones are dead and the other 2 are half dead so we will see

A little TLC goes a long way

These plants aren't taken care of at all. It arrived hunched over, almost dead and withering, with the stems and leaves broken off. I'll be blessed if it survives a couple more days at this point. The photo is after pruning the dead and broken pieces off and trying to get it in another pot. It's supposed to be a 1 gallon plant.

Came on side and out of dirt

One was good. One was tiny. 4 were out of the dirt on the side. Had to repot. Still very droopy

FedEx had it in Dallas for 4 days. One plant was dead. They packed them on their side instead of vertically and the one plant was out of the pot. all of the soil was scattered. you would think that someone that deals with plants would have better sense than to do that. But as they say " you can't fix stupid".

Citronella

Plant was nicely packaged with easy to follow instructions to open. The plant is a small sprout that was upside down in the pot. Looks nothing like the picture. Hopefully it survives.

website misleading

I ordered a citronella plant upon arrival the plant was 1/4 of the size states on the website also some of the leaves are yellowish in colI should have returned to Lowes.

Love and Attention needed

Not as healthy as i had hoped...the leaves were quite shriveled and soil was bone dry...i love being able to touch the leaves and smell it working to repel insects
