Bonnie Plants (1-Pack) 19.3 oz Fernleaf Dill Plant 2.0 -Pack

Poor customer service

One plant dried out. Both plants were way small and showing very weak, not like in their website picture. Also, Patricia a supervisor from Lowe's had a very arrogant and demanding attitude. I want to remind Patricia that her salary is coming from the customer purchases. She must correct her attitude immediately, or find another job, may be janitorial where she can behave wherever she wants with the broom and the mop. Also, she refused to reimburses the delivery charges, invoking all kind of bogu...

They forgot the plant. False and misleading photo!

I received two orders. One the oregano was fine. The dill looks like they for got the plants. Stuck in seedling. Horrible, It did not look like photo on line. Now I have to drive to another town down a mountain to return this garbage waste of time. Not even a seedling, Much less a 2 plant. Look at photo of their plant and what we received. False and misleading advertising ! Don’t waste your time or money.

packaged well

I previously ordered 1 live dill plant elsewhere online and it arrived DOA. So I tried ordering direct thru Bonnie via Lowes, shipped direct to me. I was pleasantly surprised with the extra care in the packaging. They did a great job from the shipping box and how its packed inside the box. I think the extra care taken during shipping will make a world of difference in the success rate of my plant.

Probably won't survive

My Dill arrived lying limp. They were probably fine when when they left the nursery. I don't think I can nurture these back to life. I don't see a way to exchange them for new plants, or I would exchange them. (All my other plant orders were excellent!)

the plant did nothing but bolt....

Upon arrival one was so far gone it dried up and disintegrated..and the other is only stems & flowers. Just a few leaves and then it started to bolt..

Quick and stress free!

Ordered plants online due to not having in store and my seeds not germinating this year. Shipped quickly and in protective plastic containers. Plants are healthy and ready to plant in my garden!

Dead on arrival

Unfortunately the 2 fernleaf dill plants that were shipped to me were dead upon arrival. Nevertheless, I followed the instructions and watered them anyway to no avail.

Great product

Plants arrived in great condition and you can tell they had been recently watered.

Fresh is best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the plant arrived it was very healthy. Upon planting it took nicely, no shock symptoms. It grew rapidly into a nice herb plant. My wife uses Dill in her recipes for cooking. She says it make a big difference using fresh herbs when cooking.

Wasn’t meant to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I think I overwatered my Dill and it’s completely died back. It arrived well packaged and intact although it looked a little limp. I watered it and let it settle in with my other new plants before I transplanted it. It never recovered. I’m taking full responsibility for this one as all of the other Bonnie veggies/ herbs I received are thriving.
