Best to Have a few of these Just in Case

This is the product you will need in order to use all of the Bondo in the regular size can. The original Bondo package doesn't really have enough of the hardener to use all of the filler that is in the can. This tube is twice the amount that is provided in the original package. Works excellently when mixed according to directions.

This was a puzzle at forst to mix because its not equal to the bonding paste, but once i figured out the recipe it was wonderfully beneficial to a sofa lift i made to assist an elder use her sectinal again, before it was roo low, had some spare wood that needed tlc, saved me a trip out for more wood, iykyk

"Rondo"

Sometime I need to really thin bondo body filler. I do this by mixing Bondo body filler with a little bit of Polyester fiberglass resin. To this I mix in the normal amount of Bondo hardener and a few drops of this fiberglass resin activator/hardener. Working very quickly I get a body filler that is fluid like, that spreads like cake batter. I apply it with a disposable brush. It gets as hard as stone. It's a bit hard to sand and you must work fast.

An inexpensive way to save from wasting products

I had recently found a use for a decades old can of Bondo. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any “fresh” catalyst to make it work. This worked perfectly and my project was completed.

This is a hardener for Bondo, epoxy resin. It works well for small repairs and larger projects. If you want a longer cure time use less than directed, if you want a shorter cure time use more. Be careful how much you change the mix ratios though a little change will be a big change. Test the mix ratio first if you really need to be precise. That said I just guess at it and am usually happy with the results.
