Got me back into grilling

I’ve always grown up around grills, and witnessed all of fun and enjoyment but also the hassle of cleaning maintaining and repairing old fashioned grills of all types. But trying out the blackstone has not only eliminated the problems I’ve had with previous grill types. But their ecosystem of modular parts and support has made it a fun experience as I try out new things.

Received a USED grill, TERRIBLE Customer Service

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased a Blackstone 36-inch griddle as a Father’s Day gift and scheduled delivery with assembly. Not recommended for any humid States

I only got to use this griddle once while it was in excellent condition. I followed the instructions carefully, watched several videos on how to properly season and maintain the steel, applied a thin coat of oil after each use, and even purchased the official cover to protect it from rain. Blackstone 36" grill -problems

This is my 2nd 36" Blackstone in less than one month. Issues with 1st grill, after seasoning the grill top. It would not relight. Issues now with 2nd grill, arrived today. To light, depress ignite button turn knob to the left, one at a time. However, all the burners light up without turning the knobs, they ignite in their off position. The third knob is on backwards. It supposed to turn to the left, instead it turns to the right.

OMG! I Love this grille. Since we purchased our 36" Blackstone I've cooked almost every meal on it. It's so easy to use. It cooks food to perfection. My family loves the vegetables cooked on the grille. Most evenings I cook the entire meal on the Blackstone. Grilled Chicken, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Tuna Steaks, Cheesteaks, Fried Rice, Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots, Potatoes....the possibilities are endless and delicious. First Blackstone Ever

First Blackstone ever, only cooked on it once but so far it’s great. Only issue was that out of the box my lid has a chip that has already began to rust which is pretty disappointing.

Great Purchase

Would get again any day. Used to think flat top grills were an unneeded luxury purchase, but now I think they are an absolute necessity for any outdoor cooking enthusiast.

Everything’s working well. However, one of my knobs was crushed in the packaging. Other than that everything is great.

Easy breakfast

First meal cooked was breakfast sausage and blueberry pancakes.... The size of the flat top meant we had very little dishes to do!
