Missing Parts - Awful Experience

I purchased a Blackstone 36” Culinary Series griddle expecting a premium product and a straightforward assembly experience. Instead, I received a unit that could not even be assembled because Blackstone failed to include the correct parts. Customer Service

I purchased this grill and was told they will deliver a brand new in the box unit to my house and assemble it on site, that did not happen. they delivered a reassembled unit where half the screws are hand tight and a few heads of other screws stripped and scuff marks on the unit. it is also missing the grease cup. Blackstone, Your Only Need

I love the extending table option. If you need more work room around the Blackstone you can open the extension, if not, leave it closed. You do not have a permanent extension that takes up room on our patio.

Haven't had to cook since my husband got this!

We love the folding prep table on the side. It gives extra counter space. We chose this over the next step up as it was more practical for us. Remember to follow the instructions and season!

Delivered Late and missing pieces

Delivery from Lowes was several days delayed and I'm missing a side shelf peg. Will be calling the store.

Looks Great

We put ours together and the instructions were very clear and with two people, we had no issues. It looks great! The storage is awesome and we love having the propane tank out of sight and not exposed to the elements. We can’t wait to cook on it!

The whole griddle top won't season

Only used it a few times and works fine thus far but the whole griddle plate won't season. The back of the griddle and the sides won't season so we can only use 80% of the cook surface. Hoping after years of use these areas will season naturally.

Blackstone

Really like the grill, however our ride side cabinet table screw area is stripped on the inside so we are unable to attach the side table. This was the case without really trying to get it attached so it was not something we did while trying to assemble. Will be reaching out to blackstone

Amazing Gril

This grill has everything you need for a flat top grill. The size is big enough to cook big quantities or different dishes at the same time. The extra extension table top give you plenty of room to work.
