High-quality product don't buy online

The grill was hard to find in any retailer and I read online that shipping directly from Blackstone was a nightmare, so I ordered online from Lowes. Equally a nightmare. They use CEVA logistics for delivery and there is zero communication. After the grill was MIA for 2 days past delivery date Lowes customer service says they can do nothing until 72 hours and just keep checking the tracking. I wasted 2 days at home and on the third day I went back to work when the tracking hadn't moved or been up...

Never had an issue with past products so I’m hoping this ones ends up as successful as other products. I purchased this package as a gift several months early to take advantage of a deal. Upon unboxing found several defects & missing parts that I have to place claim to get repaired. You’d think for the $$ involved, everything would have been spot on. I guess I should have unboxed & checked purchase right away. I recommend you do!! Hopefully I can get replacement parts without issue.

Welcome outdoor cooking!

I purchased my Blackstone griddle as a gift for my husband. I love cooking on this. The fryer and additional burner option is great. We've cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner on this thing. We had no problems putting it together; although it was heavy. There was no damage to any of the parts. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase / product. I would definitely recommend it. Just started cooking on it

Pretty awesome. If you are not handy, get ready to ask for some help putting it together! (i'm handy, no issues but use your power driver or your wrist will get a workout). Made some smash burgers, and it get hot enough to get a great crust. Cooktop seems of high quality and seasoned well after the break-in. Only nit-pick is that the top seems a little flimsy, and the handle is plastic...I'd be willing to spend a bit more money for that quality-like heavy feel...again, that's a nit pick.

Stickers

Why do you have to ruin a gorgeous stainless steel cover on an expensive piece of equipment by putting a sticker on it? it took me over an hour to get the residue from the sticker off the cover, and it still shows where it was. Very disappointed.

An HONEST Review

So... I saw a few reviews that make me question the quality. I have NO idea what those people are talking about but WOW.... I have seen so many on display and Nothing looked this sharp! Quality was outstanding and I could not be happier. Doors are double walled and the over all look is awesome. The pictures just don't do it justice. LOVE IT..........

Happy So far

Apart from the griddle weighing 4 tons (which is an indication of good quality IMO) setting it up took me about 3 hours. Everything was there, nothing bent or damaged. I got the special with the Pizza oven. So much stuff in the package! Its all setup and everything looks great. Better build quality than other grills I have seen.

28inch Griddle with Deep Fryer Combo

Pretty easy to out together. Only bummer us when you peal the sticker off the hood it doesn’t come off easy and it’s really sticky and have to figure out how to get it off. Goo gone don’t work.

Love the Griddle,Hate The Lid/ Cover

Loveit,cooks great and I can use it to cook anything.The only problem is giving me a lid/hood with no hinges,it just hangs off the back and spill the grease drain every time. If you have to raise the price a bit include some hinges for the darn lid,seriously! If I had know the lid /hood just hangs off the back I would not have purchased it. Got me once,but not again.
