Nice faucet with rich look and water output

We are amazed with this faucet and it's classy look. The packaging was durable enough to keep the faucet safe in transit. Super quick installation steps. It's 3 way spray mode makes it so useful for the kitchen. For someone who loves cleaning and cooking it's an awesome buy. While we couldn't fit in the deck plate because of the way our sink is designed but I am sure for others who can accommodate the deck plate, this will give a neat and finished look. Terrible product

Broken in less than a year. The sprayer option after a few months just became stuck on both faucets that I bought for two room exact same model they were both broken within a month of each other, which tells me that the product is only made to last for less than a year. Pieces also started breaking off. I really hope Lowe’s will credit me or work replace as I spend thousands there.

Faucet lasted less than 2 years

I LOVED this faucet for the look & functionality but a little over a year & a half it broke. The button for the sweeper spray function fell off & is no longer usable. I've never had a faucet last such a short time. Lowes can't replace it & BWE (China-based company) informed me there is a "limited lifetime warranty" but asked me to pay "customs fees to explore solutions", which I've never experienced for a warranty item. SO disappointed in this DISPOSALBLE faucet.

Nice Faucet

The faucet is well made and I love the bronze color, but it leaks where the hoses go into the faucet. Very disappointed in this product because it shouldn't be leaking water where all the hoses go into the faucet! Also the faucet head sits way too low in my kitchen sink making it hard to put large pots in the sink to wash and to just wash dishes, glasses etc. because with the faucet head sitting so low into my sink makes it hard to wash and rinse anything! Blown away

This faucet is amazing, our original faucet had no water pressure no matter what I tried. The installation of this faucet was super easy and straightforward it took me longer to remove our old faucet then it took to install the new one. Unfortunately, it has a leak

While I purchased this unit back on March 17th, 2024 I only now got to the point of installing it. Immediately upon installation I noticed a leak coming from where the water supplies lines go into the faucet itself. I tried calling 917-863-7105 but went to a voice mailbox that was full. I also reached out to BWE via their website to inquire. It’s been 24 hours and no response received so far.

Customer service reached out and replaced the faucet. As I said earlier, I LOVE this faucet & I'm happy to be able to continue using it! It's a beautiful, functional faucet with lots of neat attributes. I appreciate the quick responsiveness from customer, thank you!

Nice finish, good quality internals and lines.

Not only is the fit and finish nice, but the internal plumbing parts as well as the braided lines seem to be of very high-quality. The spray head is removable by pulling down slightly out from the bracket, and it has a multi function setting from spray to stream, the finish is very nice and seems to be very durable. All the necessary hardware is included and it has an adapter plate if you need a three-hole style mount versus the one whole style mounting.

I purchased this faucet for our new home and my husband, who is a jack of all traits, tried installing it and it was flawed. I emailed customers service and they took care of the problem right away. I sent them a picture and video. They understood the problem and sent us a new one. I loved the look and am so glad that we could use this kitchen faucet. I am a kitchen designer so I know how important customer service it! Thank you!
