The first one of these that I own is nearly the same as this one. It worked for many years before I misplaced and have not been able to find this most handy item. I hunted high and low, looking everwhere without luck. The more that I lookded the more things that I saw that I needed it to do the job. I bought this because it was cheap and I needed it for a new job. I figured I'd rag this out and buy a more expensive Ryobe after I get a paycheck or two. This junk can’t keep hold of bit. Just performing a simple air filter change in my truck and the chuck dropped two bits into the engine somewhere and I can’t find them. I used a star bit to open the air filter box and it fell out twice, the second time it got stuck in the engine and I couldn’t find it again. Nice small drill for light jobs.
Drill has very low torque, not much power. The only reason I bought it was because the "package" came with a 20v battery and a charger. I went onto the store site to get another battery and a charger for my 20v yard tools, and found this "package" which included the drill for the same price as the basic battery / charger "package". The drill will come in handy for small projects requiring small screws or holes to be drilled in soft woods. No harm, no foul......essentially I got a free drill.
