My issue is that it does disperse cleaning fluid onto the floor and the brushroll does spin over the tile as I push it. Definitely work really well but a couple minor things

I like running the wet function across the entire floor and then wait the 5 minute like it says in the instructions before going back and drying vs. going right back over the wet floor to dry immediately. Great additional to our great big dog house!
We love the cleaning ability of the machine. We had a bit of user error the first time we used it and the clean liquid container wasn't set completely so it was leaking all over the floor. Figured it out and works great!! Make sure to empty the dirty water reservoir before you use all of the full amount of clean water it tends to spill out/too full.
