Not as wind resistant as stated...

Weputchsed and had put this up June 2025,looked great...was happy. In mid Dec 2025 we had high winds of about 50 mph in OUR area. I happened to be up at 6 a.m when I heard a loud bang against the house,went to see what the heck it was. Saw that the whole 700 lb carport got launched up and back about 25 ft towards the house....then landed on TOP of my sports car( under white tarp). As we are putting another engine in my car..I may add the body was..well used to be.. in perfect cond.It was not c...

Carport

set up was easy and manual and tutorial was very clear and easy to follow.

Not up yet..

have not assemybeld yet, but I dont understand why you do center roof panel first. then you have to get the next panel, under the edge of the first. it will ruin the weather striping.

Amazing quality

I have owned 2 other car ports that collapsed under the weight of heavy snow. When I unboxed this carport I could see the differences, from the high quality steel square tubes big round bars and the quality of the tin for the roof. Once it was assembled the sturdiness of the structure was unmatched with any carport I’ve owned or seen

More Realistic Models

Eventually it would be cool to see the actual object constructed. I think at this point with the help of AI, the model could be more realistic.

Carport

I did not get all the parts, so I can nit build the carport. I have not heard back from customer support on the missing parts.

Roof leaks

It is sturdy and easy to assemble. However, the roof has 38 seams and water pours through every one of them with the lightest rain. I had to spend an extra $700.00 to buy new metal to roof it without leaking seams. It would make an ok metal sunshade but it doesn't keep anything dry.

Keep an eye out for the delivery truck

Stated I had to be here, dropped off the pallet and never knocked on the door to alert me

Great carport, reasonable price.

Went together easy enough, does the job at an affordable price. No missing or damaged parts. Pick a nice day, take your time and have some help.

Inspect material before accepting

Decent quality material, the charcoal colored painted sheet metal was scratched very badly on three of the panels which was disappointing.
