Multiple orders to get product

Was extremely frustrating trying to order. It continued to say there wasn’t enough stock available, but I was able to place numerous orders and get the amount I wanted. I wanted to pick up the glue that went with the ceiling planks I ordered, but it wouldn’t allow me to do that and is delivering it at a later date. I wanted 12 containers and had to make four orders to get that. Pretty poorly designed way of selling product.

Easy, beautiful ceiling DIY

Perfect for a bathroom ceiling. Easy installation for one person. We used in our master bath 3 years ago and recently did our guest bath because we love it so much. Liquid nails instantly grips and adheres to ceiling. Tongue and groove snaps each plank into place. Cuts easily with a razor. Resistant to mold and mildew growth. Seriously considering doing the kitchen next.

Good looking planks

Bought this to hide a sheetrock ceiling that wasn't in good shape. The product looks like shiplap planks and clips together easily. No clips or fasteners are included with the product and it has to be floating so I had to buy the Easy-Up system in order to do the install

The only Armstrong EZ UP choice for humid areas.

The planks look good and are light weight and are easy to cut with a hand saw. The EZ UP clips however are too tight as supplied. After damaging a couple of planks trying to push them over the clips I began bending the tabs flatter and the planks fit together much better.

Flexible but durable

These boards are flexible enough to make installation easy but durable enough to survive. They are easy to cut, they fit together well and look very nice after installation.

Make sure you can get everything up front.

Nice finish look. Some of the tongues were very difficult to insert in the grooves (especially after clips were inserted in the groove). These were an on-line order only (not available in store) item. Was unable to order the 8' track pieces to be shipped to local Lowes with the panels. Drove to Humble, TX (370 miles) to get track which is only sold by the full carton.

I used glue up method.

Really like the look of product in place, much better than textured sheet rock and hides any cracks. I hesitate to call it a DIY product as my contractor had some difficulties, especially working constantly with arms extended over his head and pushing with some force to get the pieces locked in. Glad I hired him!

Easy to install and beautiful

This product is beautiful and was easy to install. While it is expensive it is worth the money. Armstrong website has alot of helpful information on the installation. Perfect way to update a drop ceiling in a home where drywall replacement is not an option. This comes in other colors as well and can be found on the Armstrong website. The easy up rail system was easy to install and work with as well. I'm pleased with the results and will never have to worry about my ceiling again.

Light weight and looks good

Easy to cut and install. Good sound barrier. Looks great on our basement ceiling.
