During the installation process, I hired a contractor to install this product. while watching them install the door, one of the pannels exploded for no rhyme or reason glass went everywhere and one of the contractors got injured from all the glass. Caution when Installing this on your own

I like that the doors are frameless and there are not tracks on the bottom. However, the instructions for assembly do not match the product in the box, especially the handles and the towel bar. We had to consult You Tube in order to figure it out. I also did not know I would have to buy a chop saw in order to make the frame fit both horizontally and vertically (which was a surprise). Shower door

The door looks and works fine. I installed it myself and it is a little tricky. The corners at the bottom of the side pieces need to be be hand filed to match my fiberglass shower. The base strip needed to be bent because the fiberglass enclosure is not flat and silicone is how it is held down without screws. FRUSTRATION

Once installed it good BUT the instructions for installation were POOR at best. Side rails needed cut but no mention of this or of the length. Wheels that allow it to role needed removed and reversed...no mention of this figure it out...glad my contractor is patient. Handles called for vinyl sleeves...which were literally HIDDEN inside another part , not related to the handles! It took us 15 minutes to accidentally find them FRUSTRATING to say the least.

Exploded upon touch

Received my order today. This is our 5th and final bathroom remodel and my husband/son were unpacking the materials and laying everything out to install. When they touched the doors the glass exploded. We were obviously shocked because in our lives and multiple homes we have owned with glass shower doors, we have never seen this happen. Glass shattered

My husband attempted to install. Upon trying to put the glass up it shattered in his hands. No reason at all. Lowes is trying to get a replacement from Arizona, but it is taking forever. Would not recommend.

Side rails had not been cut to specs at factory.

When our contractor came to install the doors, it was discovered that the frame was 3 1/4” too long. He contacted the manufacturer who basically said it was supposed to be cut at the factory and our contractor would have to deal with it. No apology for the mistake.

Rollers are already attached.

Replaced a brass set of doors with the polished nickel look with the clear glass, immediately providing a more contemporary look to the master bedroom bathroom. Installation went smoothly after I discovered the rollers were already attached to the doors. Took a couple of days to install only because we thought the rollers had been left out of the package.
