Deck belt eater... brand new less than 2 hours

I bought 60 inch ikon ariens ztr mower two weeks ago, it has 2 hours on it. And not even a full tank of gas run through it and its already started shredding the deck belt.. what a joke... paid over 5k after takes and now I looking a 130 dollar replacement belt.. spend your money somewhere else... have the receipt to prove it... straight junk...

Less than 1 hour

Within the first hour of using this mower, one of the blade drive pulleys had already slipped and wore out the inside of it. Why does Lowe's no longer carry Husqvarna? We purchased a Husqvarna ZTR years ago, and even after my wife caught it on fire it still runs. We were just looking for an upgrade.

Ariens= Poor Customer Service

Just purchased a Ikon 60. While driving it across the parking lot I noticed the track was off and needed adjusted as you have to hold the right handle back with the left all the way forward to go straight. Contacted the closest Ariens service center and was advised that adjustments were not a warrant able repair and it would be customer pay. Lots of power!

Powerful mower and great zero radius turn. Can mow 3 acres in under 2 hours. Placement of gas tank value is cumbersome. Needs a redesign.

Plenty of power and cuts fast

Good mower for price, like the foot adjustment deck, could definitely use the pivot front axle like other mowers

Have had mine ikon 60 inch since May 31 , 2021 . I mow 3 acres of land in the south . So we have a longer season of growing . Plus got fruit trees , gardens , bee hives with hills. To deal with . I have had no issue with the mower drive Tran or mower deck , As of this date , I have had not one Issue with the mower. The only thing I had to do was add lights to it so I can mow at night because it takes me a good 4-5 hours to mow all the grass that I have. Just wish it had a gas gauge on it , LO...

Rock Solid Machine

I bought the Ariens IKON-XL 60" cut in 2018 and has been a great machine! The only issue was with the Kawasaki engine developed a leak at the oil pan and I had to pull it and put new gasket seal on it. Bought this zero turn with 0.1 hours on it at Lowes even though I was told to stay away from Lowes. Would give four maybe five stars as it cuts good so far and runs great once I get it cranked up. At 0.8 hours the belt broke. Ariens sent me a ONE TIME offer new belt. When I put it on, it arrived three days sooner than anticipated, I noticed a guard on one idler pulley was misaligned.
