Good Price for What You Get

Bought a 2023 Ariens Edge with the 42” deck. I’ve maintained it regularly and haven’t had many issues. I mow about 2 acres weekly and use it to haul my yard cart. The issues I have encountered include: The belt does jump off the pulleys from time to time, but it’s fairly easy to put back on with a log and two long screw drivers. Refuse to give it an Overall rating

Purchased in June 2023 at 5 hours of usage, motor locked up spent 6 wees in repair, manufacture defect. At 6 hours of usage fan belt issues another 6 weeks to repair. At 23 hours transmission issues, after less than an hour usage , vehicle in operable. Very dissatisfied with mower!

The mower itself seems OK but I have not gone through a season with it yet. Do be aware there are no anti-scalp rollers on the deck so this is not the mower to get if you have very uneven grass. The purchase experience with Lowes was absolutely awful. It started with the delivery being delayed a day despite me selecting that date a week in advance. Finally got my Ariens Edge 52” zero turn after almost a week long delay in shipping and it won’t start or turn over at all. I tried contacting Lowe’s customer service, who forwarded my call to Ariens, who is not open on Saturdays. I am done shopping at Lowe’s and will be purchasing all of my future needs at Home Depor. Save your money, buy from anywhere ele.

Great experience

I have only had it for about 4 days, but I have already mowed with it twice, and I have had a great experience so far.

Overall it is a good mower it is durable.

This product is as expected, I bought it for its smaller size , for parts of my yard that require a bigger than a push mower , but smaller than a commercial size , mower . It’s perfect for what I need .
