Absolutely loved this bidet when we acquired it. It was included when we installed an American Standard walk-in-tub. It worked great for about 5 years but now the nozzles will not extend so it is basically worthless. I have contacted American Standard and am being told that there are no repair parts available. Not very pleased. I have had this unit for over 2 years. It does sub par job on cleaning the pack side and to top it off it splashes the and leaves fecal water on the back end of the seat and lid that needs to be wiped down after each use.
