One versionn offered and not the version I prefer

Nice enough shower but only opens in one direction, to the Left. Love the small and large sides offered. If it had an option for a right opening version it would be the ultimate shower for small bathrooms. Exiting the shower on the preferred side is important.

Looks great but beware of excessive splashing

Bought this and had it installed. Shower looks great, but beware an excessive amount of water splashes out of the bottom door. Called to see if I could buy a splash guard or seal to prevent the splashing, but part is not made for bottom of door. Be prepared to clean up water after every shower!

American Standard Elevate Shower Door

This is a well designed product. Hardware is great. Instructions are not very clear. They need better illustrations. Wonder who got paid to do these.

Beautiful Shower Enclosure

Instructions are very clear, but it not a easy DIY installation. Experience is needed in order to ensure that your walls are vertical and 90 degrees to the floor. A new home installation would be easier than old home installation where you may have sagging floors. I had to mud in my shower pan to make it level and 90 degrees to the wall. Read the instructions before you buy to understand the complete process.

Perfect shower kit for a basement bathroom

Purchased this shower kit for a bathroom in a basement renovation. It fits the room perfectly, and the curved barndoor style glass door looks great!

Be careful of measurements...

Installation instructions could have been better. A crucial measurement would have been helpful. Instead of measuring from the front lip, a better measurement would have been from the opposing wall. The lip measurement doesn't take into account if the based was installed direct to stud or not. The design of this doesn't have a lot of flexibility for adjustment. I wound up having to move it outward and dealing with visible holes in tile.

Nice Door, Poor Design with Pan

I bought the 36X36 three piece set. Being a curved design, the door did increase the space inside my shower over my old one. That being said, there is a design flaw with the placement of the door in reference to the shower pan. Water hits the door. It drips down onto the threshold of the pan where water pools against the bottom guide and splashes out onto the floor. Not a lot, but enough that I have to dry my tile floor EVERY TIME. Corner shower creates more space in small bath

This is the perfect size for our tiny, corner bath in basement. And with the door sliding into shower wall, there is no swinging out door so bath seems more spacious.

Beware of the measurements

I did not like the description measurements. I needed to use this in a very tight space, so I purchased the base, enclosure, and doors at the same time. The measurements state 72" in height, I have 74", so I thought I had 2" to spare. However, the measurements do not include the base, which is another 2 & 5/8", and therefore the entire unit will not fit.

The pan and walls are separate parts
