I really like this faucet especially how the pop up drain system works. It has a cable that connects to the pop up drain and it is much easier to install then the old fashion pop up setup. It also works great.

You get no support when you make this purchase.
I did not like the fact that new out of the box, it leaks, customer service said they that happens sometime, and sent me pages of how to fix this myself. I'm not even a plumber!!!!

Great DIY faucet, beautiful and easy to install
My faucet arrived quickly and was well packed. The kit was pre-assembled so I had only a few pieces to put together - which was great for DIYers and saved a lot of time. I had the old faucet out and the new one in in a couple of hours (including an unrelated issue with my countertop. Looks great, nice quality. I would defintely purchase from this company again.

4yrs out and needs replacement
keep your receipt. great on the outside but the handle valve shut of wore out to the point it wouldn't shut off. Unfortunately, I cant find the receipt so I have to replace. The faucet still looks great on the outside I wish they would use same quality with the inner working.
