Beautiful Faucet, but Didn't Fit My Sink
II was genuinely excited to upgrade my bathroom sink with this faucet. When it arrived, it felt solid and substantial, a sign of premium materials and sturdy build quality. Great product, but it couldn't fit.
So, the item was actually very nice. It was quite heavy. Meaning that is made (probably) have higher quality products. I've removed my existing faucet. And intended to install the new faucet. Looks Great and Works Perfectly
I bought the Delancey Brushed Nickel Widespread Faucet for my bathroom remodel, and I’m really happy with it. Worst Service We Have Ever Experienced
Absolutely disgusted by this company and will never being going back after fifteen years of purchases. We did our entire master bathroom in upper end American Standard (AS) hardware about twelve years ago. Our tub hardware gave out in 2023. Quality, opulence
Quality build. All metal construction, no chrome plated plastic. All hose lines are steel braid hoses. There are quick connect connectors to attach valve hoses to spouot hose, and threaded nuts for the main lines. Bushings and O-rongs apear to good quality abd should last severance years. Traditional look
I will prefix with I have not actually installed these yet. The look is great and I trust the brand so I bought this before my bathroom is even done yet (we are slowly buying the supplies). The one thing I was surprised with was how tall the actual facet handles are, the proportions seem a little off. I wish they were like 1/2 to 3/4 inch shorter. Otherwise I like the quick connect lines (I hope they hold).
Sophisticated Look
This faucet is sure to upgrade any ordinary sink by giving it a more sophisticated look. The spout is taller than what we previously had which has been an upgrade that we didn't know that we wanted/needed. I love the feel of the handles too. Buyers note that this is a widespread model that is intended for 3-hole sinks and must allow space for the base of the faucet and handles.

Good and solid
The instructions are simple and easy to follow. This seems to be better quality than many of the facets I have gotten recently from the box stores. Most of the components are metal and feel good. The lines are braided metal lines. Dissassembly for servicing is easy and the instructions come with a prts list. There is also a warranty that may make some people feel good. Overall this a decent faucet and meets my needs.
