Beautiful design, but it won't stop running!

I bought this toilet for our bathroom because I loved the clean look. It looks great and is easy to keep clean, but we cannot get it to stop running. We've tried making adjustments and replacing the flapper. Nothing is working.

The store manager assisted with this purchase and installation. She's awesome!

Horrible installation experience

Spend Extra and Purchase the Kohler!!!!!

Worst toilet ever had

This toilet has no flushing power. Its advertised as having a self cleaning rim, but it doesn't do anything. Ive never had a toilet that leaves more of a mess. My last toilet was like 30 years old, & probably had better flushing power. It's also a complete pain to install, since the bolts are hidden

Sleek Looking, but Confusing Instructions

I really like the smooth sides and the fact that it will be easy to clean! As far as installation goes, the included instructions were not all that helpful. Here’s a tip. Put the toilet seat on BEFORE placing the toilet in place! I wish that I would have!

Elegance at a good price point

Bought to replace old outdated toilets. These are easy to install and look great. The smooth sided design adds a touch of elegance and modernization to any bathroom.

Sleek toilet but lid cracked after a month

I liked the sleek, clean edges of the toilet and ADA height but, after a month not sure what happened but had a small Crack that extended and had to call American Standard for a replacement. Good thing, the virtueous China has a lifetime warranty. Glad I submitted that in. Now, I hope I get the right toilet tank lid.

Problems from the start

While this toilet seems the be a good product, it leaked from the first. Install was also not easy as the skirt did not allow a good grip to center it on the floor. In addition, the area where the water supply hose connects to the tank is in an indent in the bottom of the tank with very little room to get your fingers in there. This toilet is impossible to install

If you insist on buying this toilet, please be extremely aware that you need to put the seat on first - which is not identified ANYWHERE in the instructions - and that you need the hands of a three year old and the dexterity of a miniature figure painter to actually tighten any of the attachment points.
