I would not recommend this product. First of all the toilet seat feels like you’re sliding into the toilet when sit down on it. When you go to buy one that doesn’t do that you have to buy their replacement product that is built the same way. Not to mention that they are $75 and up in price . Actually have had this about 3 years. It's comfortable height. The plastic seat that came with it is a bit lower quality, though soft close is good. The instructions were okay. The instillation mostly okay but is a bit awkward unless you're a contortionist, as it is tough getting the seat tight. Finally got it tight after several re-tightens. The worst issue is, for solids, the low water level in the bowl that makes bowl cleaning very frequent and water savings is not that good. There doesn't se...

Horrible flush
Bought this three years ago and have not had any issues with leaks so no problem there. It is a nice looking toilet sleek and easy go keep clean on the outside. Nice height for older people. Problems: Even my professional guy who installed for me had to fight installing this. Absolutely horrible keeping inside clean, as it does not fill up w water and if ya do a #2 you will need to flush more to keep clean

Worst toilet ever had
This toilet has no flushing power. Its advertised as having a self cleaning rim, but it doesn't do anything. Ive never had a toilet that leaves more of a mess.
