Does not hold up to hail.

I installed on a pergola I built. After 2nd year panels had holes that were caused by hail. My shingles on the house weren't damaged so it wasn't that bad of a storm. I lived with the holes for a few years and finally took the panels off. Now I'm looking for something to put on. Roughly 30 panels.

Poor consistency

Two of the twelve panels were a different shade. Two were much darker than the rest. The panel on the bottom was severely scratched. The stickers put on at the factory do not come off easy so I had to waste time cleaning off the adhesive residue.

Two differing products under same item number

I don't know if this is an issue with the local vendor but they are selling two different items under this same item number. 1 item has a much more squared off profile and is lighter in color, the other has a more rounded profile and is much darker. Due to the differing profiles the panels do not nest well on overlaps. Also the tints are close enough you may not notice a difference until installed. I made an order online and got a mixed batch. Do not order online

This was an online order. The product was damaged and unacceptable when delivered. We rejected the shipment, expecting a replacement. We were told eventually that we would get a refund. We never did. When I went to my local store--weeks later--the manager wouldn't help me because it 'came from a different store' even tho I ordered online. I had to purchase the panels again there, at that store, and was told I'd get a full refund on the original order. I did not get a full refund. I am still owed...

Not as advertised

Ordered online. Product received matches item & model number listed. Description states that these (smoke) have 11% light transmission, but they are actually 29%. I had half of them installed on the pergola before the sun got high enough to notice. I can still feel the sun coming through and they do not provide the shade/UV protection I was looking for. Probably good for other applications, but I wouldn’t recommend them for roofing a pergola.

Can't handle the heat in Texas!!

These expensive panels can NOT handle the Texas heat! Mine are less than 4 months installed and they are All Warping!! Not worth it! None have cracked or leaked, Yet!! What a disappointment!!

Better quality after weather exposure!

This product has had a much better lifespan than the previous products available with a more wavy profile. They have retained their clarity and withstood the impact of UV much better, where the previous product splintered and shattered with even minor movement in a couple years, even causing injury!

Works perfectly for my project!!!

I was able to get it cut in half to fit the top of my three foot by three foot wooden box that I've turned into a brooder box for 90 baby quail!!! Works great for my babies and has been perfect for keeping them safe and visible!!

Meets our project needs

Allows some light in( the sheets looked black in the store. We like the light coming through. Hopefully will last longer than fiberglass. It was easy to cut
