Reliable hot water and easy install
Installation was straightforward and the unit heats water fast. Plenty of hot water for the whole family and it runs quieter than our old heater. Build quality feels solid and everything worked exactly as expected right out of the box. Great value for the price and definitely worth the upgrade.

Never buy a water heater that has been Punctured or has a tear in the box, never buy a water heater that someone returned, most of the time some asxxxle stole the burner assembly and installed a old burner assembly with holes in the screen and placed it in the one they returned. Got same day delivery by Lowes. Paid a good amount to get the installed. Less than 1 day, the boiler stops working. Lights flashing 10 times and error says burner screen needs to be cleaned. Less than a year old
I had this BRAND new water heater installed less than a year ago. The pilot stopped staying lit. Once we did light it , it starts spitting flames out. Major fire hazard. Also the sensor to turn it off immediately after it happens failed. You can’t buy the parts at Lowe’s. They have to be ordered and delivered. Cold showers in January are NOT fun. I had a repairmen come out and ordered the parts through Lowe’s when he called them to troubleshoot since it was still under warranty. It’s the burner....
