Nothing to do with the product. I am very disappointed in Lowes. I received this product last Saturday afternoon. I thought all was well, Sunday I noticed something on the freezer and thought it was from the sun casting a shadow. I didn't think anything else about it being busy for Thanksgiving. The icemaker bin in the top binds when you take it out. The draweres are cheap. I had to have them swap out the first refirgerator because one of the bins in the door would not attach on one side and droopped. You have to be carefull how you slide the drawers in after you open them or they will be crooked

Outstanding Frig with a ton of space and features!
Midea products are superb! I already have their dishwasher and now the Frig. Frig is almost 30 cubic feet and has plenty of space. The only issue i had was the upper ice maker tray. Not sure why but it took alot of force to remove the tray. This is the only reason i marked it down one star.

I really like this fridge, it's the first French door fridge and I really enjoy all the space. The bright lights are a bonus, and the movable shelf is useful when I have a tall juice container. I also like that you can turn off/on the ice maker in the freezer. The only down fall with the water/ice dispenser on the outside of the fridge is that the waterspout is very forward so with a slender glass you have to use your hand to push the lever in the back to dispense the water or ice. Lowe's is amazing. The refrigerator has multiple problems. There is a buzzing noise that is super annoying. The water is not always cold. There are two places this refigerator makes ice. The lower ice maker, even when turned off, leaks which leaves chunks of ice on our frozen food. We bought this Refrigerator because we liked the options like dual ice maker nice large fridge and the price.
