  • Circular object (such as paint can)


  • 6 - 36-in. square dowels (#27594)
  • Valspar 12-ounce Gloss Berry spray paint
  • Titebond wood glue (#218256)

Step 1

Cut all six dowels in half to make a dozen 18-in. pieces.

Step 2

Use a circular item, such as an empty 1-gallon paint can, to build the wreath around and form the middle circle.

Step 3

Create a tic-tac-toe pattern with four of the dowels, working around the paint can as you glue. Continue to work around the can as you glue each layer together.

Step 4
