To add a note, go to the desired list, and select Add a Note beneath the list's name.
You can also write a note as a specific item within a list. To do this, select Write Entry in the actions bar. Enter a name for the note, write a note of up to 2,000 characters and select Save.
Finally, you can add a note to a specific item. To do this, select Add a Note beneath the item's name.
