Serves as the funnel for directing corporate office activities
to all Lowe's stores. This group also manages store policies
and procedures, best practices, and consumer/employee promotions.
Store Process Improvements
Responsible for streamlining store processes and systems to
support customer focused, sales driven and cost effective
refinements to enable employees to serve more customers at
the lowest cost possible while maintaining high levels of
customer service.
Store Delivery & Assembly
Manages the delivery and assembly operations in all stores.
This includes delivery policy, scheduling and routing.
Store Staffing
Assists stores in managing employee schedules, maximizing
payroll, organization structure and job responsibilities.
