Loss Prevention Safety Manager
and Loss Prevention Safety Specialist
Responsible for assisting Lowe’s Companies Inc.
in being the “low cost operator” in the home improvement
industry. Achieve their location’s assigned inventory
shrink goal and combined accident frequency rate goal. Implement
proactive measures to prevent shrink as well as conducting
investigations and making recoveries when shrink is identified.
Investigate and resolve all internal and external theft cases.
District Loss Prevention Manager
Responsible for maximizing NBT profit in assigned stores
by reducing inventory shrink, the combined accident frequency
rate, combined accident severity rate and cash over/short
losses to the budgeted goal. Responsible for hiring, training,
and supervising the Loss Prevention Specialist and Loss Prevention
Manager positions in assigned stores. Direct, support, train
and counsel store management in all Loss Prevention and Safety
programs. Responsible for the development, implementation
and execution of all Loss Prevention and Safety programs in
all new stores within the assigned area.
