Installed Sales
Area Installation Manager (AIM)
Responsible for aggressively driving installed sales
service and profitability by hiring the best qualified installers
in their respective markets and districts, which will reduce
customer complaints and increase sales opportunities. AIM
will oversee multiple markets recruiting, hiring and retaining
of installer base to meet the installation volume demands
of all stores in respective area(s) at all times. Manages
installers daily through phone contact, random site inspections
and customer surveys to ensure company installer standards
are met.
Regional Installed Sales Director
(RISD)
Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and optimizing
installed sales programs for a specific geographical region
of the corporate service area. The RISD serves as a liaison
between product and service vendors, corporate staff and store
employees. The RISD will train store staff regarding implementation
of new services, verification of vendor qualifications, successful
sales methodologies and related issues.
