EARS is an employee assistance referral service for employees or their families providing assistance in areas such as drug/alcohol dependence, marriage counseling, mental health, family counseling, financial/credit counseling and smoking cessation.

Discounted Auto Purchase Plans
Employees may purchase GM and Ford cars at discounted prices.

Home purchase mortgage assistance for all employees.
Lowe's Heroes
Lowe's employee volunteers give back to the community by addressing the most overlooked cause of injuries in America: unintentional accidents in the home. In 2003, 95 percent of Lowe's stores participated in the Lowe's Heroes program, touching the lives of more than 180,000 people and reaching more than 500,000 homes nationwide.

Provides assistance to employees who relocate at the request of the company. Some financial services are available to all employees.
