Terms & Conditions
Eligibility for a $10 Lowe's® coupon through Lowe's Spend & Get" program requires a valid qualifying purchase of at least $50.00 on a single receipt between December 26, 2007 and December 31, 2007. A limit of one (1) $10 Lowe's® coupon per household per day will be issued for each qualifying purchase under the program. No amount spent with any rebate redemption, prior purchase, extended warranty purchase, delivery, service fee or returned merchandise will be included to determine a qualifying purchase under the program. No purchases after 11:59:59 PM EST, December 31, 2007, will be eligible for the program. Each $10 Lowe's® coupon issued will be valid towards any purchase made at a participating Lowe's® store or on any purchase of $11.00 or more via Lowes.com. The $10 Lowe's® coupon will have an expiration time/date of 11:59:59 PM EST, January 27, 2008. Lowe's reserves the right to end the program at any time without providing written notice to you.
The $10 Lowe's® coupon has no implied warranties. The coupon is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon event or discount. The $10 Lowe's® cannot be used to make payments on any charge account. Coupon is not valid on previous sales, purchase of Gift Cards, Fisher & Paykel appliances or John Deere products. Lost or stolen $10 Lowe's® coupons will not be replaced. Any $10 Lowe's® coupon that is altered or defaced will be void. Coupons are void if copied, transferred or sold through any on-line auction.
Program spending and $10 Lowe's® coupons may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are your sole responsibility. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to participate in the program. Participation in the program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant resides. If in any particular state, the program or Lowe's® has to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other governmental regulatory approval, the program will be void in that particular state and no individual may participate if a resident or citizen thereof.
Participation in Lowe's® "Spend & Get" program and the benefits offered in connection with the program are offered at the sole discretion of Lowe's®. Lowe's®, in its sole discretion, has the right to modify, add or delete any of the program rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the Lowe's® coupon amount.
Only an authorized representative of Lowe's® may modify, add or delete any of the program rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards. Only Lowe's® may issue interpretations of program terms and conditions and the decision to issue any such interpretations shall be at the sole discretion of Lowe's and such interpretations will be binding on you.
